Q. Is Royal Crown Display a secure website?

We takes your security seriously. Please review the measures that we employ.

We meet all voluntary credit card payment  industry standards and are a certified credit card safe website. (Payment card industry).

We utilizes 128 bit SSL data encryption via GeoTrust. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.

We do not store your credit card information. Your sensitive card numbers are erased the second you receive your order confirmation while still on our site. We implement and maintain compliance with industry leading security initiatives such as the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard through Authorize.net.

Q. How do I log onto your website?

Click on the "Log In" link at the top right corner of our website.

1. If this is your first time ordering with our company, please click on the "Register" button. If you have added items to your shopping cart as a "Guest" they will remain in your cart after you log in.

2. If you are an existing customer, please type your email address and password in the "Returning Customer" field.

Q. What is the difference between "Registered" and "Unregistered" Log In?

Unregistered customers will be able to check out without creating an account and a password is not required. (The benefits above are not available for unregistered customers.)

Q. Why didn't I receive my password email?

If you did not receive our email with your password, please check your junk/spam folder for the email or try modifying your spam filter.

Q. Why is my temporary password not working?

Please keep in mind that our passwords are case sensitive. Also, if you copied and pasted your password make sure that you are not copying an extra space in front of or behind the password.

Q. What are the secrets of a good password?

Make your passwords easy to remember with a few twists to make them hard to guess. A good password should contain the following: Substitute numbers for letters, mix uppercase letters, and make them at least six characters long.

Q. Will you store my credit card information?

For your protection we do not store credit card numbers on our web servers. You will need to enter your credit card information for every order.

Q. What is your return policiy ?

We will gladly replace any merchandise that does not fit your needs, as long as the product is returned in the original packaging within 30 days. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Q. My item arrived defective or broken.

We will gladly replace any damaged item or refund your purchase price on the damaged item at your request. Royal Crown Display  will pay for all related shipping charges. Damage claims must be received in seven business days.
